![]() It was all going so smoothly that I was starting to buy into the vision of Cruise and Waymo, a self-driving car pioneer spun off from a Google project that is also trying launch a ride-hailing service in San Francisco. ![]() A lot of the healing hammers/staves at level 80 have over 100 intellect on them.Peaches and I were getting along great for most of our time together, as the car deftly navigated through hilly San Francisco streets similar to those Steve McQueen careened through during last year. We have three different "mana" bars, as we did before, but the management of two of those bars is easier than ever.Īnd if you do intend to shift out and heal for an extended period of time, there's still the obvious weapon swap. We regenerate energy (cat) at all times with Furor, killing dps powershifting, but enabling us to shift out to cast a spell (or shift to bear), then return to cat to resume dps without penalty. We can regenerate mana at a staggering rate while in cat or bear form with ILotP, enabling us to shift out and cast. But for occasional emergency off-healing (shift out and throw a few heals, fire off Tranquility) or even Hurricane pulls to grab initial aggro on a large group while tanking, you'll probably have less mana issues than in the past.īut with this change and the change to Furor, Blizzard has managed to nudge us a bit back in the direction of hybrid functionality. Occasional off healing may work better under the new mechanic than it did when we simply had larger mana bars.Ĭertainly, shifting out and attempting to heal for any sustained period of time, you're going to go OOM faster than you once did. They didn't give them INT on their gear they gave them amazing regen mechanics. Stop whining before Blizzard nerfs it in favor of a less powerful effect. But if you spend the majority of your time in a feral form, shifting out to cast a few spells every now and then, you have effectively infinite mana. If you want to stand there and spam spells in feral gear, it's not going to happen, nor is there any reason to expect it to be possible. Along with passive regen over the six-second cooldown period, that means you can afford to shapeshift for free after every single ILotP effect. With a +60 INT mage buff, an additional 1140 mana is gained, bringing each crit (every 6 seconds) up to 623 mana, or the equivalent of 20.3% of base mana.īlessing of Kings (on top of MotW, AI, HotW, SotF) makes the total mana pool 8570, 0.8% of which is 685 mana, or the equivalent of 22.3% of base mana every crit. Three crits gives you mana for 2 shapeshifts, and you've also been regenerating mana passively outside of the FSR over that 12-18 second period from our 198 spirit after MotW and SotF.įor a simple way to compare this mana recovery to the "base mana" costs given for spells, given 6651 mana with MotW up and the HotW/SotF talents, a single crit restores 17.3% of that BASE mana up to once every 6 seconds. A single crit from ILotP restores 532 mana assuming (unspecced) MotW and no other buffs. This figure is already more than double our Base Mana.Ī shapeshift at this level costs 1077 mana without Natural Shapeshifter (754 with). ![]() MotW (unspecced) brings this figure up to 6456. HotW brings this number up to 5796 unbuffed. We have 5361 mana naked at leof which is our Base Mana. Heart of the Wild increases your base intellect as well as that from all buffs. ![]() Are they changing the mechanics of Heart of the Wild talent? As 1.2 (talent) * 0 (intellect) = 0This statement is false.
